A Marcus Graham Project Initiative · 2509 MLK Blvd, Dallas TX
Gamma House is a creator and maker space on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd in South Dallas — a professional environment where young people from this community will learn to build brands, produce media, run businesses, and earn real wages doing it. Not a classroom. Not a program. A permanent home.
It is built for the kid at James Madison High School who has ideas but no outlet. For the young entrepreneur from 75215 who needs tools, not just encouragement. For the next generation of creators who will shape culture from the inside — if someone gives them a room to start.
MGP has owned this building since 2022. The roof is done. The structure is sound. The only thing between these four walls and open doors is one community workday — and the people willing to show up for it. That's you.
